Our Story
Home From Home began providing housing and tenancy-related support in 2000, with a clear aim to help individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs live independently within their own homes and communities.
Over the years, the organisation has built a strong reputation for supporting individuals to remain settled and well outside of hospital environments through carefully planned, person-centred support.
Today, Home From Home operates as a domiciliary care provider across South Wales, delivering therapeutic and progressive support tailored to each individual’s needs, aspirations and personal goals.
